- Feminist Eclectic/Five Element Martial Arts was founded in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1989 by Koré Grate and Kellie Rose Jones. FEMA has been empowering women and girls in the Twin Cities for almost twenty years. Until recently, F.E.M.A. has been chronicling events and updates through a paper newsletter called The Sage, we've decided to continue this tradition in a new electronic form.
