FEMA's NEW ERA!

On March 21, 2011 FEMA's Board of Directors unanimously decided to open our Beginners class to EVERYONE (13 and older)! "FEMA is Family Friendly" and "FIVE ELEMENT(s) for ALL GENDERS" were two of my favorite quotes from students this last Wednesday night.

We also will be hosting a very special "HIGH SCHOOL NIGHT" on Friday April 29th hosted by our very own FLY teens (FEMA LEADERSHIP YOUTH).

The FIVE FINGERS of Self Defense & Empowerment in currently underway (March 23 through April 20th) and our KNITTING MEDITATION will be tonight (March 24 7-8pm).

In these turbulent times, it is good to know that we have a strong community that focuses on healing, growing, and opening to new adventures!
Light & Love, Shifu/Sensei Kore'
